Biography of Hon. Saddam Bello Saleh

Hon. Saddam Bello Saleh is a Nigerian politician and grassroots public servant from Gombe State. He is associated with Funakaye Local Government Area and has built his political career through local representation and community development. He is a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and has served as a member of the Gombe State House of Assembly representing Funakaye North Constituency.

Bello Saleh served as Deputy Majority Leader of the Gombe State House of Assembly. During his time in the state legislature, he was involved in activities concerning grassroots governance and the development of his constituency. His political work has particularly focused on initiatives aimed at improving the welfare and economic opportunities of people in Funakaye.

He has also been involved in constituency empowerment programmes. One such programme provided motorcycles, sewing machines, grinding machines and vehicles to beneficiaries, with the stated objective of supporting small businesses, reducing poverty and improving the livelihoods of constituents.

Beyond his legislative responsibilities, Bello Saleh has participated in APC activities at the state and national levels. In 2022, he was listed as a member of an APC national convention subcommittee, reflecting his involvement in the party's organisational activities.
