Rabiu Shuaibu is a Nigerian politician from Kano State who represents the Dawakin Kudu/Warawa Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives. He was born on 16 July 1992 and is from Dambatta Local Government Area of Kano State. His early education included primary and secondary schooling, during which he obtained his primary and secondary school certificates.

Rabiu Shuaibu became involved in politics at a relatively young age and built his political career within Kano State. His emergence in national politics was strengthened by his involvement with the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), under which he became associated with political activities in the state before later moving to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

In June 2026, Shuaibu contested the Dawakin Kudu/Warawa Federal Constituency bye-election on the platform of the APC. The election was conducted following the vacancy in the constituency, and he secured 35,356 votes to defeat the other candidates. His victory made him the APC representative for the constituency in the 10th National Assembly.

As a member of the House of Representatives, Shuaibu represents the interests of communities across Dawakin Kudu and Warawa Local Government Areas. His legislative responsibilities include participating in plenary proceedings, committee activities and constituency matters affecting the people he represents. His relatively young age also places him among the younger legislators in the National Assembly.

His political career has included participation in parliamentary and party activities, particularly within Kano State. Following his election to the House, he became part of the APC's representation from Kano and continued to develop his role within the National Assembly.

For the 2027 general election, Rabiu Shuaibu is listed as the APC candidate for the Dawakin Kudu/Warawa Federal Constituency.
