Hon. Oden Ewa is a Nigerian politician, environmental strategist, entrepreneur, and public administrator from Yakurr Local Government Area of Cross River State. He is widely recognized for his contributions to sustainable development, public administration, and governance in Cross River State. He has served in several strategic government positions and is regarded as one of the emerging political leaders in the state.
Oden Ewa obtained his education in Nigeria and built a successful career in the private sector before joining public service. With over 17 years of experience in business development, strategic management, and environmental sustainability, he held leadership roles in the corporate sector, including serving as Executive Director of Business Development and Strategy at Korpu Group. His experience in strategic planning and investment management laid the foundation for his transition into government service.
He later entered public service and was appointed Commissioner for Special Duties and Intergovernmental Relations in Cross River State under the administration of Governor Bassey Edet Otu. In this role, he coordinated intergovernmental affairs, supervised special government initiatives, and strengthened collaboration between the state government and national institutions. He also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Cross River State Green Economy Commission, where he championed policies promoting environmental sustainability, climate resilience, green investments, and economic diversification.

In 2026, he contested the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election for the Cross River Central Senatorial District and emerged as the party's candidate for the 2027 general elections after securing a decisive victory in the primary election.
