Biography of Hon. Emmanuel Osazuwa

Hon. Emmanuel Osazuwa is a Nigerian politician from Oza-Nogogo in Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State. He is a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and is contesting to represent the Ika North East/Ika South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives in the 2027 general election.

Before entering the 2027 federal legislative race, Osazuwa served in the Delta State Government. He was appointed Senior Special Assistant to former Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Wealth Creation, a position through which he became involved in government programmes and initiatives focused on economic opportunities and empowerment.

Osazuwa has an academic background in Local Government and Public Administration. His experience in government administration preceded his attempt to enter elective politics at the state level. In 2022, he declared his intention to contest for the Ika South State Constituency seat in the Delta State House of Assembly.

His political career later shifted toward federal representation. In May 2026, Osazuwa emerged as the APC candidate for the Ika North East/Ika South Federal Constituency after winning the party's primary election. He is therefore the party's candidate for the constituency in the 2027 House of Representatives election.

Osazuwa's political activities have largely been connected with Ika South and the wider Ika Federal Constituency. His background combines public administration, government service and political participation at both state and federal levels.

As the 2027 election approaches, Emmanuel Osazuwa is seeking to bring his experience in government and community politics to the federal legislature as the APC candidate for Ika North East/Ika South Federal Constituency.
