Bukar Talba (born either March 4, 1967, or June 13, 1978) is a Nigerian engineer and politician representing Monguno/Marte/Nganzai Federal Constituency in Borno State in the 10th House of Representatives under the APC. He chairs the House Committee on Public Sector/Institutional Reform.
A Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, he previously served as Borno State Commissioner for Agriculture and Natural Resources and was involved in IDP resettlement programs. He holds a B.Sc. and hails from Gajiram, Nganzai LGA. His legislative focus includes rural development, healthcare, youth empowerment, and cybersecurity, complemented by constituency programs providing tricycles, agricultural inputs, and seasonal palliatives.
