Abubakar Makki Yalleman, born in 1969 in Jigawa State, is a Nigerian politician and accountant serving in the 10th House of Representatives for Mallam Madori/Kaugama Federal Constituency under the APC. He holds a B.Sc. in Accountancy, an MBA, an M.Sc. in Accounting & Finance, and is a Chartered National Accountant.
Before politics, he had a long career in finance and the energy sector, including roles at NEPA, Jigawa State Ministry of Finance, and NELMCO, and served as Jigawa State Commissioner of Finance.
Elected to the 9th Assembly in 2019, he was Deputy Chairman of the Defence Committee and now chairs the House Committee on Police Affairs. He leads the Elleman Charity Foundation, supports education and healthcare projects, and received an honorary doctorate in Leadership and Governance in 2021.
