Hon. Adamu Ibrahim Gamawa is a Nigerian politician and member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Bauchi State. He was born on 15 August 1969 and represents Gamawa Federal Constituency of Bauchi State in the House of Representatives, where he is a member of the 10th National Assembly.
Adamu Ibrahim Gamawa holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree. Before entering the National Assembly, he developed experience in public and political affairs and became involved in activities within Bauchi State.
He contested the 2023 House of Representatives election on the platform of the APC and won the Gamawa Federal Constituency seat. His election made him the federal representative of the constituency in the 10th National Assembly.
As a federal legislator, Gamawa has participated in parliamentary debates, motions and legislative proceedings. He has raised issues concerning his constituency, including the need to address flooding in Gamawa and other matters affecting local communities.
He has also sponsored legislative proposals during his time in the National Assembly. Among them are bills concerning the establishment of courts in the Federal Capital Territory and the proposed Strategic Intelligence Management Institute.
Through his political and legislative activities, Adamu Ibrahim Gamawa has remained involved in representing the interests of the people of Gamawa Federal Constituency and participating in national legislative affairs.
