Hon. Abdullahi Mustapha Babani is a Nigerian politician and businessman from Borno State. He is also known by the name Mustapha Abdullahi Babani and is associated with the Bama/Ngala/Kala-Balge Federal Constituency of Borno State. He is a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
